Obwohl Tamina eine ziemlich fiebrige Nacht gehabt hatte, sind wir am naechsten Morgen zum Mount Rushmore National Memorial gefahren. Hier sind die vier Praesidenten George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt und Abraham Lincoln in einen Felsen gehauen / gemeisselt / gesprengt.
Nach einem Picknick ging die Reise weiter Richtung Salt Lake City.

Eventhough Tamina had had a bad night with fever, we drove to Mount Rushmore National Memorial the next morning. Here we saw the monument of the four president George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln built into the rock...
After a picknick the journey continued to Salt Lake City.
