Where I stayed
I was just in New York for a couple of days for a course, but plan to go back for a vacation. Very VERY busy city, there is so much to see and do. I only had about 3 hours for site seeing, so did the night bus tour and walked to the Chrysler Building. The architecture is fantastic, but it is a shame that many of the older buildings have deteriorated and/or have been modified without preserving the original facade. Next time I go, I'll stay further out from Manhatten. The location (Times Square) was incredibly convenient, but one night in the hotel cost more than my round trip flight from Detroit.
