Genrally speaking, I am begining to pick up signs of frustration from everyone on the tour. We spend an awfull amount of hours on the bus going from A to B. And unfortunately we are not allowed to get out much and interact with the locals. Personally as each day goes by, I am getting more and more disappointed with tour organised by GAP. I love the trip as in the places we go to and the things we see, and I am thoroughly enjoying the company of the people. But I was looking forward to coming to Africa to see the country, the people and the animals, and so far I have only managed to do 2, well really 1! The animals. Interacting with the people is very important for me. I don't want to be an ignorant tourist who comes to a place like this, and leaves without any knowledge as to how the people live and what do they really think of us. On the other hand, I feel the hands of our tour leader is tight, and he is not able to show us much more, simply for the safety of the group. Which is understandable. Being stuck on Stevie is not easy. And the roads being bumpy really doesn't help to make this journey any smoother! But I am sittng here hoping that it will get better. That I will be able to talk to someone, even if it means a hello and a goodbye! :)

At the moment we are taken from one campsite to another, and to tell you the truth the campsite feels like prison. There are big gates separating us from the locals and the tourists! :( as soon as we get to the campsite we are shown the bar and the place to put up our tents! I hope it will get better.

One of the Mexicans on the tour called Alonso, is a professional photographer, which is great as he is teaching me and a few other people on the tour how to take good photos, and the lessons have been very productive! well at least I hope so! I can't wait till I get a chance to put up my photos on the site! :)
