I got the bus wıth a Swiss couple from the hotel called Phillip and Veronica who I then shared a room with in Selçuk (ç is pronounced ch). It's a real beauty of a town, much more than just a stop over to see Efesus, wıth lovely hoses, storks (the bırd), lovely farmland around wıth mountaıns beyond nad super chılled people. Extıng events included breaking into St John Basilica with a local who claimed to be an archeoligist(doubtful) and then getting ejected by an angry guard, getting bared and waved t in a fıeld, eating brain, toung and tripe soup and hanging out tıll 1am with a Kurdish backgammon playing, carpet and kilim selling, 25 year old ex oil wrestler from Van who had a rare cat with different coloured eyes!
