After Sicily, we sailed to Malta. This little island has been occupied by everyone, from the Phoenicians, Greeks & Knights of the Crusades in the old world, to the French & English in the more modern times. I only managed to find one, measly excuse for a Maltese poodle during our time there, which led me to think maybe they weren't from this island... We saw the Popeye village from the old Robin Williams movie as well as some more historical towns and forts.
