Mbour is all about fishing. On the beach, fishermen are preparing their fishing nets. Not far, kids are playing football or jumping in the waves. Some people are working out. The beach is full of pirogues that are ready to depart. Just a little push and they will be off. Life along the coast is slowly waking up while the sun is setting. Someone is cooking fish somewhere. One can smell it despite the strong odour coming from the seagrass that was brought on the beach by the last tide.
