Apart from one of the world's best birds sanctuaries (Djoudj national parc), an impressive colonial architecture in decay, a lively port with 200 fishing boats leaving altogether at dusk, Saint Louis also features a spectacular show of electricity cuts. Senegal is facing an electricity crisis and tourists are facing some issues when eating their delicious Chicken Yassa in the dark.
