Switzerland is definitely the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. We arrived yesterday around noon and walked directly to our hostel and this place is huge and crazy. Its like a frat party all day long. Our hostel has a huge outside grill, cheap beer and a club and things were crazy right off the bat. We walked around for a while trying to decide what to do and so we rented some scooters and went to find a waterfall that we had heard about back at our hostel. It was really funny because my scooter went about 3 mph faster than Erics so I was always in front leading the way. After about a 20 minute drive we found a huge waterfall. It was so amazing and larger than we had expected. We didn't have as much time to appreciate it as we wanted because we needed to get the scooters back so we didn't get charged for another hour but the trip was most definitely worth the 15 francs. Last night we got a little crazy because they had a two for one happy hour and we met some cool people, especially crazy considering the fact that we had to be up the next morning at about 830 to go hang gliding.

HANGGLIDING This morning we got up around 9 to go hang gliding. We signed up for it yesterday and it only set us back 185 Francs or about 150 dollars. I was excited to go because it was something that I had always wanted to do but it ended up being so much cooler that I thought it would be. Eric and I had two guides from New Zealand and they were most of the reason that we had a good time. Once we got all geared up I had to wait about 15 minutes because the wind was going to wrong way. It was such a rush and I have to admit that through the entire flight I was slightly uncomfortable. Just thinking that all of my weight is being suspended by one metal clip was a little scary for me. When we started to get closer to town and the end of the flight, my pilot Kelly asked me if I wanted to make things a little more exciting and I asked him, "Well what are you going to do?" He wouldn't tell me, he just kept replying, "Well do you want to find out?" I eventually said ok and he immediately pulled the steering bar into his chest and we fell straight down to the earth. He then pushed the searing bar straight back out and we pulled up and it scared the shit out of me. We then did a flip and spin move and I thought I was going to die, I still cant believe that Im alive. We continued doing flips and spins for about a minute and then we landed and I had the biggest smile on my face. I also paid an additional 20 francs for a couple of pictured during the flight. They had a really nifty camera set up on the wing and the pilot would position the glider so I could get the best back drops. Im excited to get those developed. That night we went to bed really early because the two nights prior had been long nights. Sleeping in this hotel turned out to be a bit of an event. We are in a 12 person dorm room and people are coming and going what seems like every 15 minutes and one girl had some guy in her bed and started crying because she didnt know what to do or how to solve the problem. The guy right next to me was snoring so loud that I thought their was a train in our room so after all of that I figured that I got about an hour of sleep altogether.
