Visiting Notre Dame in South Bend, IN was a pretty fun place to stop. I won't say it was the most comfortable, but that's all part of the experience. We arrived late Sunday night and saw only a glimpse of the campus, so we decided to call it a night early and get some sleep. So we end up driving around South Bend looking for a good place to camp and come upon some apartment complex close to the school and crashed there for the night. I set up my hammock between a volleyball net pole and a small tree and Daniel put his sleeping bag in the grass next to me. Neither of us get a good nights rest and we get in our cars around 6 am because it's starting to drizzle a little bit. It ended up raining for about 3 hours straight and we spent that time in our cars trying to get a little more sleep. After hurting my neck and back about 15 times, it stopped raining and we went and toured Notre Dames campus. It's really nice! It's super flat and pretty. We spent some time just walking around and taking some pictures. After a couple of hours, we decided to head even a little more north...
