The train to Abisko has some absolutely stunning views. I'd never seen anything before it in my life; great frozen lakes were flanked by vast snowcapped mountains. It was impossible to get a sense of scale. A really beautiful journey.

Northern Lights - awesome. Mild hypothermia leading to the on-set of an English (brought over by the English bloke on the snow-mobile on the way to Jukkasjarvi, just my luck) cold - not awesome. (will add more when I get a chance).
