A New Video is posted below...

From Norfolk, we went south via the Great Dismal Swamp Canal.  The survey work for the Canal was done by George Washington... it's been around a while.  The ICW was a primary route for freight and passengers prior to the railroads. The Dismal Swamp Canal is not the main route down the ICW and therefore has no barges and is much more lightly traveled.

About 10 miles from the end of the Canal is Elizabeth City, NC. 

Here is a link to the LIVE Harbor Cam if you look today, Wabi Sabi is front and center.  The camera updates about every 3 seconds.  We will wave now and then. : )

Thanks for the ride down the IWC...have never been. I liked your Savannah Circus Bikes!! haha...can't wait to see Oriental and Boufort...we used to go to both...mostly Boufort. Lived in Havelock when Em was a baby. :)
