As I was getting ready to go to Kansas, I knew there was going to be nothing there, but the clients I had to work for. I was joking with my co-workers saying that I would say hi to Dorothy and Toto and the cows for them. Upon my drive into Liberal, Kansas (the nearest airport is 3 hours away), I could smell something awful! It was a stench that hurt my stomach. I knew it had to do with my clients and I was right—cattle—DEAD CATTLE. They kill 4000 cows a day. So sad! But the smell was horrific. As I got closer to the hotel, there was a large advertising sign, that said, "Come Visit Dorothy's House..follow the yellow brick road" I got freaked out! There really was a Dorothy and Toto’s house in Kansas..out of all the towns, I was at the right one. I went to the hotel, checked in and went to find the YELLOW BRICK ROAD. I found it and had a great time taking pictures as you can tell. I sent them right away to my co-workers. All I could do was laugh. Well, after my fun was over, the next day I went to work, had lunch, and got food poisoning. I was so sick. I needed to get out of there and I did! Everyone back home told me never to accept food from MUNCHKINS with LOLLIPOPS. I told them that they tricked me with their dancing and singing…J UGHH ..the smell was terrible the whole time…I don’t plan on going back…People say, “We are not in Kansas anymore..” Well, I say, “I know I’m not in Texas anymore.”
