Finally, I am out of Brisane! It took a good couple of months for me to get out of Brisbane. Working at the Fish Cafe restaurant kept me there for much longer then expected. Dont get me wrong, Brisbane is a fine city and all, just not for two months. After being on workers compensation for five weeks the doctor said I was okay to start work again. I sure as hell wasnt gonna stick around in Brisy, so me and the hostel manager (Aaron), left for Noosa. Noosa is covered in beautiful white sandy beaches, wicked sufing and tons of backpackers. The small community has paradise written all over it.

We got to Noosa to meet up with ten others that made it there earlier in the week. We arrived in Noosa a totally unexpected suprise birthday party for me. They went all out for me, with cake and all the trimming. Really, not a better feeling then that :). We stuck around in Noosa for a few days doing some bush walking through the rainforest, hitting the beach and partying. Me and Aaron really had no solid plans for anything. We knew we had to find work somewhere soon because Aaron was down to his last $500, and I dont like spending cash without having any. I found us a job pretty easily a few hundred km's up morth. The job sounded like a breezy. It is working in the sugar cane feilds monitoring a disease called SMUT that's infecting the plants. For $19 an hour all I'm required to do is walk up and down the sugar cane feilds and document where the fungus is, and is not growing. Before we get there we are gonna stop in Hervey Bay and do Fraser Island. Should be wicked!
