When it ever gets to buying a property in this area, then Kas is definitely favourite. The town has natural limits to growth thanks to steep mountain ridges and densely growth of pine and olive trees. We hooked up with the Korkmaz family, part-time carpet sellers, travel agency and property developers. Oksana walked away with a nice carpet. Got interested in their luxury coastal cruises with the Lycian Princess (www.lycianprincess.com) - tour the Greek and Turkish islands in style for up to 16 people. May give it a thought.
