After we spent the night at Karen and Richard's, we spent
two more days in LA staying at David’s house.
The first day, we drove around the Griffith Observatory to see the
Hollywood sign, and then went to Rodeo Drive.
We then spent a few hours at Grandpa Vic’s house with the rest of the
family.  We had a lovely turkey dinner
and some "White Dog" wine, made by Karen and Richard.  That night, we went out in Santa Monica with
David and his friend.  David had a total
of about three drinks and was acting foolishly, by being argumentative with both
our bartender and our cabdriver.  The
next day, we went to Chateau Marmont for brunch, which was delicious.  However, we did not see any celebrities L.  We then walked around Venice Beach, and
watched all of the interesting performers.
There was one artist who was creating spray-paint paintings using only
three tools – spray paint, a napkin, and a piece of paper.  His technique was really impressive and he
did them so quickly.  He even painted one
for each of us.  That night, we went to
Pink Taco on Santa Monica Blvd for dinner.
We then went back to David’s house to get ready to go out.  However, when Chris put on a French subtitled
movie called “Tell No One”, we became so captivated, that we never made it out.q
