Bloody miserable Bunny didn't leave a skerrick of chocolate on the end of our bed!  Freya was not impressed!  Said 3 year old was promptly appeased by the fact that the miserable bunny had a breakdown and wouldn't be passing through til the late afternoon, where in fact he would visit and hide the eggs around the bach so all the kids could go on an Easter Egg Hunt which would be loads more fun!

After breakfast we ventured out on a bach hunt.  I gathered a few real estate brochures the day before but we didn't really see anything that got the blood pumping... just have to be patient I guess.  Something will turn up maybe in the next couple of months as the winter sets in, a few more will come on the market.  Tom reckons he has told all the Real Estates not to sell to us!  haha!  Me thinks he might miss us!  Awwwww!

We drove down to the Harbour and took Freya to the playground.  The weather is gorgeous today and very muggy so of course it was straight to the beach for a swim before lunch.

I returned downtown for an hour by myself to look at the shops etc.  Bought nothing but a couple of raffle tickets....   mmmmm.... I must be slipping!

Returned to the bach for lunch and a lazy afternoon.  Went for another walk down the beach to collect shells and watch the kite surfers.

Freya and Dad had a nana nap - while Maree and I played Easter Bunny and hid 56 million easter eggs around the place!  The other kids were chompin at the bit to get the Hunt on so I had to wake Freya, who didn't mind at all once she realised the miserable bunny had been!  They found every single egg in about 5 minutes flat, bar 1 elusive creme egg which mysteriously disappeared off the face of the earth!  Mmmmmm.....  The bounty was all found and then put on the platter, straws were drawn as to who was choosing first and Kendall was the clear winner, hence she nabbed the solitary creme egg!  Freya gave up on the choosing game after 1/2 a dozen turns and was happy with her bounty!  The miserable easter bunny had redeemed itself!

Tonite we decided on fish n chips - Freya and I went down to get them and reappeared an hour later!!!  While we were waiting for our order we walked up to the beach and while we were there, the most amazing sunset appeared.  Just so happened that I had my camera on me (what are the odds of that happening!  LOL) and I took a couple of cracking shots with Freya while the sky was on fire!  Meanwhile Marc and Maureen were about to come looking for us... the Daddy was nearly fainting with the hunger!   Everyone seemed ready for an early night so I left Marc to put Freya to bed and ventured out again with camera and pod, this time to the Surf Club to try some Night Light shots.  I think they turned out pretty well, considering this is my first real attempt at long exposures.  Was a bit freaky walking around Williamson at 9pm on my lonesome but worth the effort.  The only person I met on the beach was some dude out walking with 5 dogs!  Didn't even stop to ask! Crazy!

Managed to crawl into bed about 11.30pm, well tired!

Nite xx
