10 Minutes out of Coober Pedy is the Breakaways, we ventured down the unsealed road Caravan in tow to find these colours within these amazing rock formations.
Our plan was to stop in Marla for the night but we decided to push the kids to the limit and travel further so we could spend an extra day in Kings Canyon (they coped amazingly). After nearly 6 hours of driving we arrived in Erldunda just as it was getting dark and left at 8am so we could get into the Kings Canyon Caravan Park early, as they did not take bookings. Rained nonstop all night !
