Wednesday was amazing! We all got up early, had breakfast and then started walking to the nearest bus stop. We were at the bus stop for 9.00 am. We were hoping to catch the 9.00 bus to a place called Amalfi. Amalfi is a little coastal town built on some cliffs. The drive there takes about one hour and a half so we were hoping to catch the bus to get there nice and early. Sadly when we got to the bus it was full and we had a choice of standing on that bus or waiting for the next bus at 9.15. We decided to wait for the next bus but it just didn't come. We waited for the next bus for half an hour but it still didn't arrive. At 9.45 one a driver from not her bus said they cancelled the busses and the next one would be at 10.00.

After finally catching the 10.00 bus which amazingly was on time we set off to Amalfi. We got good seats on the bus because going to Amalfi is like a roller coaster ride. It's like a roller coaster because you have to drive along these narrow cliffs. The cliffs are more than 100m high and are very narrow. We got good window seats so we could see the cliffs when we were driving. When we were doing turns it would look like we were hanging off the edge of the cliff when really we weren't.

When we arrived in Amalfi we switched bus to get a bus to a place called Ravello. Ravello is a little quite town in these mountains. We again got window seats and we had the most spectacular view. When we got to Ravello it was lunch time and we had Pizza for lunch again.

After lunch we did a bit off walking around Ravello and we saw all these little lizards that kept changing colour. After the walk we found a little shop and bought some ice teams. Then after the ice creams we started walking back. As soon as we reached the bus stop a bus arrived. We got on and got good seats. The driver though was crazy. He left the door open. He was a maniac. We were driving around cliffs and mountains with a 100m fall and he had the door open!

When we were back in Amalfi we caught a bus back to Sorrento. The trip back was bad. I felt sick. Though when we got back to Sorrento I was fine.
