Arrived by bus from Itacare at about 8pm.
Long way to spend the day! Caught a lift with two surfers from Itacare to the Illheus bus station. Hoping to hop a bus for Porto Seguro right away. Well, I guess 3 1/2 hours isnīt too long to wait.
Finally caught the bus for the 6 hours trip. It felt like 12 hours! Loads of stops and people in the walkway most of the trip! We were quite happy to arrive and got carted off to a little hotel right from the station pretty much straight away.
Porto Seguro is like the Brighton of Brazil. Packed and packed. Nuff said...
