So now that we have settled in to this life here in Perth we finally got round to taking some pictures sunset ones mostly.
There are quite a few beaches round here and the first one we visit is Cottleslow (which I know I have spelt wrong cause I was on the train the other and just knew when I saw it on the wall - but I still can't remember how it should be spelt) which is just stunning with some pretty amazing houses on the road which leads to the beach.
I think its Sunday today and we plan to spend the day at the beach and watch the sunset. Linc invites us to a food fight; bizarre I know but hey we are game for anything!
Linc is a stylist for fashion magazine shoots and pretty famous by all accounts but to us he is just Linc and so funny. Zoe is a lawyer and so cool but a bit dizzy at times and is originally from Sheffield, (she bailed 6 years ago and loves life here in Oz) so we decide to go with them and see what the day has in store. We stop off to buy flour, eggs, rice, ketchup and chocolate sauce then arrive at the house where it's all happening.
Thankfully its outside, you wouldn't believe the mess, but oh the laughs. If you are ever board on a Sunday you should give it ago.
The food was amazing someone had actually made pies, jelly and god knows what else which was all laid out on a table at the bottom of the garden. Someone yelled go and we all ran across to the table and just started flinging food around. It was good till you get the taste of flour and ketchup in your mouth; not the best food combination, believe!
It was all so randomly bizarre and great fun. We filmed it all so will try and put some clips on and maybe a few pics when I get them of Linc.
We were hosed down in the garden before bailing home to get a proper shower. My hair was a total mess. I never thought it would come clean!
Ben and I then took a bus to Cottleslow Beach and watch an amazing sunset having dinner overlooking the ocean before heading off home to bed.
 To be continued. . . . .
