On the way to our next stop, Hunter Valley, we stopped at Fingal Bay. It's a really pretty beach. There is quite the surf there in some parts. We walked around the bay. At the end there is a bunch of sand and the propper ocean is on the other other side. You can actually walk across a sandbar to a small island. I ought to upload a few of Olaf's pictures. Since he took some silly pictures of me.
Auf dem Weg zu unserem nächsten Ziel, Hunter Valley, haben wir noch in Fingal Bay angehalten. It ein total schöner Strand mit einer teilweise enormen Brandung. Wir sind also herumgelaufen. Am Ende ist dort viel Sand und auf der anderen Seite des Sandes der eigentliche Ozean. Da ist auch eine Sandbank auf der man zur einer kleinen Insel gehen kann. Ich muß noch mal Olaf's Bilder hochladen, da er ein paar merkartige von mir gemacht hat.

Before we left, we went for a quick swim. Delicious. There are bathrooms and public showers on, I'd say, all open and guarded Australian beaches. It's amazing. And I think, that of the places we went to, I used them ALL. Yeah, well, it's good to be hydrated!
Bevor wir dann gefahren sind, sind wir noch einmal schnell reingehüpft. Es scheint, daß jeder bewachte Strand Australiens Duschen und Toiletten hat. Ist echt toll. Und wo wir gewesen sind, habe ich sie ALLE benutzt. Tja, man soll ja nicht austrocknen, nicht?
