Well done Andy. How light are you now ? 7.5 Stone plus fruit loaf in hand. I bet you used the great power of man made combustion to get you over them Scottish hills !!! Fancy a cycle next Saturday, ehh over to Hull and back Sunday !!!!

Wow! Your trip route tonight shows you in Nigeria...all in one leg from Bolton. How impressive is that? And the media are focussing on lesser cyclists in China, they really need to get where the action is. Well done for your efforts thus far. Don't get too comfortable in your own bed.
