After such a huge day yesterday we decided to take it easy and head into the Las Vegas Gun Range. We were so excited. Andrew brought himself a package where he got to shoot a .44 Magnum (dirty harry), an AK47 and a Tommy gun, gangster style. I got the ladies package where I got to shoot a 9mm revolver and a pink AK47. It was so scary. Andrew started with his .44 and had so much force behind the gun that his shoulder looked like it was going to fall out of its socket. So when it came to my turn I was freaking out. I picked up the 9mm and tried my first shot. Little did I know that the cartridge that shoots out the side of the gun when the shot has been fired, it hit the barrier next to me and hit me in the head. Between the cartridge and the force of the gun I was screaming, waving my arms around like an idiot. The man that was supervising us was screaming at me telling me to put down the gun whilst I was waving it around. Hahahaha. I don't think I will be invited back in a real hurry. Once I had my hissy fit it was time for Andrew to shoot his AK47. He was a pro and was very happy with himself because his target was a terrorist hiding behind a rock in the desert. His best friend Buzz would be so happy. Once I picked up my pink AK47 I realized I was a little out of my league. It was huge and heavy and I did not feel comfortable holding all that power in my hands. After I started breathing again and put the gun down Andrew took over with his Tommy… I could tell he was having a little bit too much fun… Once we finished at the Gun Range and had too much of an adrenaline rush we headed back to the hotel to get ready for the nigh tout. We were off to Viva Elvis a Cirque du Solei production held at Aria Casino. It was awesome, circus performers acting to Elvis tunes. My grandmother would be so proud. Across the road from the Aria casino was Planet Hollywood, so we popped in to finish our casino chip collection and back off to the hotel to pack the bags again…
