Today we had some externals to come to talk to us about their leadership experience.  most of them dont speak English, and i have to rely on delegates who sit next to me to translate for me.  They all have done amazing things, such as helping people to start their business, sending people from all over the world to an orphanage to teach children.  they mentioned that people go there just for helping children, even though the living condition is bad, or maybe the salary just 10% of what they used to have.  They inspired me, and also make me feel good, because I am doing something similar, I am  trying my best to teach the children, to make them realise that they are not alone.
Today's party theme is Girls Band Boys Band.  Every LC has to perform a dance, including international delegates.  We were not told till the last minutes, and the other 3 EPs from NZ and the EP from Taiwan had gone to bed, Tailand had their own dances, which means I have to dance alone. I was so nervous and had no idea what to do, because this is not LC line dance but band dance.  I was going to leave the party.
However, LC UPN from Jogja knew about my situation, and all the boys from UPN helped me to do one of the dances they created themselves.  It was the coolest dance I have ever seen, and it was sooooooo awesome to look at because the movements are just great!!!!!!  It only took them 10 minutes to teach me, and we went on stage, and I led the dance at the center front.  We performanced this dance perfectly, the judges said that our movements, music, cordination. and spirit are worth full marks, however it's not from NZ Eps and not realy NZ dance, so cannot give me full mark.  I feel soooo great, I love my UPN partners, they are so amazing!  When we finished, all the delegates of IYLC cheered for me "mangba gaga" and "g-o-o-d-j-o-b-good job - good job".  We even didnt have time to prectice together, but we did it, and we rocked IYLC!!!!!!
It is strange that I am so close to UPN girls and boys, it's like magic, like family.  we chat with each other during free time and they invited me to join their "LC swiming pool chat".   I feel that no matter where I go and what I do, I will never be alone, and there will always be people who will support me and inspire me.
However, this morning, I heard a bad news, that Reinol's grandad passed away.  He was strong, and even smiled when he saw me (he did not realised that I knew that news already).  I gave him a hug, he said "i miss my grandpa" but he did not cry in front of me.  I was so touched and so proud of him.  He is the best partner!!!!!!!!!!
