Made it to Katy, Texas at 8 pm last night, My brother got us kolaches today for breakfast , my grandmother was bohemian and they are a breakfast food like a roll with scooped out for meats , cheeses or fruit. Its a chain called the kolache factory. Today we are all going to the houston museum of Natural History and Imax theater showing under the sea today, For lunch were going to the boat and seafood place shaped like a boat, the waters writ nothing down they remember everything you order, and for sure they remember when you pay.
