I only spent about 15 hours in Indonesia. My money was running out and I had to make sure I had enough to get back home to Cambodia. Their English is probably the worst of all the Southeastern Asian countries I have visited. Which is good for me. A lot of good English jobs available in Indonesia and at some point I'd like to go put in some time teaching there.
Batam was dirty and run down and to be honest I didn't feel too safe there. Indonesia is a big country, I plan to see more...
