"Are you joking?" is not exactly the answer a guy dreams of hearing when he pops, "The Question", but that was the first thing a laughing Michelle said.  Fortunately, it was also soon followed by the word, "Yes" which I was hoping for and expecting.  Apart from the delight at knowing that I'm now going to be getting married to the lady I love at some point in the not too distant future, there was a huge relief that planning the surprise, doing all the little bits of shopping, getting out of work early and finding a way not to spend the previous evening with her all worked.  It was kind of fun actually, but I don't plan on doing it again!
 
As for details, talk to Michelle about it...Ok, I'll put some pics on here soon too. No, there isn't a ring yet, because something tells me she knows exactly what we're looking for, and I don't! It's going to be a learning experience.
