Up for 10am (well thats when breakfast finishes) as a leasurly day today.  The last few days are clear blue skys, some of the best weather (or should I say hottest) so far this holiday.  All the weather has been supurb (well apart from the trekking, but as our guide Chai says - Sabai Sabai)

We caught a tuk tuk (well converted motorcycle and sidecar) to the other end of the bay and had a very leasurly walk back along the seafront and bay.  Around 1 1/2 miles (well that was long enough in this heat)

Tried to walk along a spit to an island at the far end, but soon realised what tide there is here was coming in fast, so had to run back fast to being avoided cut off)

Currently updating blog for the last time in Thailand whilst Donna and helen are behind me having cocktails in the swimming pool !

Will spend the rest of the day relaxing, maybe a massage, and hopefully meeting up with a client who is in the region later..

I will update the next few days once I am back in Harrogate, including our stay with Alistair and Philip in London, and then over the next 7 days possibly re-write sections of the blog and more importantly uploading video footage...

Please keep watching...

This is Robin Stride signing off in Thailand and thank you for reading and I look forward to any more comments

Can't wait to see you and hear it all first hand. Decided to ditch the shepherds pie in favour of a hot curry and rice dish!

Cocktails will be waiting by the pool for you when you arrive - although it's not quite deep enough for Helen to swim in as it's our neighbours' 3 year old's paddling pool!

I see the monkey found a nude beach, where are the rest of the people?
