I spent a few days in Split, Croatia. Thanks to the inflexibility of my ticket i had no choice to go via frankfurt and croatia on my way to bangkok, but i was going to make the most of it anyway. So i spent a couple of days checking out Split, but unfortunately i didn't get time to see dubrovnik, or the islands that seem to be the best bit of croatia. My flight was moved forward so i had to jump on an overnight bus to dubrovnik and fly out early the next morning. I think i'll go back one day to croatia and take my time, maybe sailing around the islands.
