We arrived very late last night as mentioned to a very friendly welcome from our great hosts Richard & Jeanette. Today we were very slow at getting up and away. Eventually I took the girls (and Kay) back to Graton where I lived for a year in 1995/1996. It had changed, more up market shops and art outlets. We lunched at "The Willow Woods Market" a rustic cafe that I used to frequent.
Later Richard took me up to Lake Sonoma, a large reservoir nearby. Again it was hot but not as hot as Las Vegas! On the way back stopped for a drink at Forrestville where I got accosted by a drunk Mexian and met a chap who I knew from graton and Richard's bar - Skips Bar & Grill...What was his name Richard?
We went out for a great meal at a "real" American Dinner/Cafe, & took lots of photo's which I sorry may have to wait until we return before I can include them. Many thanks to Richard & Jeanette for their hospilaity for which we are very grateful!
Late to bed again, set alarm for 6AM!!
