Headed off to Pisac on the bus this morning (but not before watching the Man Utd Chelsea game and having another english breakfast).  The bus to Pisac was a little crowded but arrived safely with numb bums and dead legs accompanying.  Found a decent enough hostel I can't remember the name of for just 40 soles (8 pounds).  Had a stroll around the market and bought a hand painted bowl to use for something, sometime.  We then sat on the terrace of a cafe on the second floor of a building over looking the square where the market was in full swing and spied for a good hour taking tons of pictures and being too far away for anyone to demand money for them.  We were particualrly chuffed at sneaking pictures of the little girls carrying the lambs who stalk tourists demanding they take photos of them for cash.  Haha little girls, in your faces and thank god for the zoom lens (although that's now broken.  But that's another story, in the future....).  Early to bed (just for a change) then up early the next morning to climb the hills.  Passed some wonderful Inca terraces on the way up to the citadel.  It's in various parts over the hillside with a village here, a military compund there, a cemetary way over there etc, etc.  Took us a while to get round it all but it was worth the walk, and my sunburnt arm and Rob's sunburnt scalp.  Bumped in to Heert and Greet up there (we met them on the colca canyon trip).  Really nice to see them again.  When we got back down we made our way by bus along the Sacred Valley to Urubamba and then took a taxi to Ollantaytambo where we bedded down for the night.
