The flight over wasn't too bad. Mostly boring, the plane didn't have much of a tv and the seats didn't recline, but there were tons of seats open. Some people laid out across the three center seats and slept the whole way! There also wasn't complimentary meals, so I was hungry the whole time and ended bingeing for two bottles of water and a muffin (total cost $7). I got maybe a couple hours of sleep, not much.

After landing I had intended to go on to Glasgow and spend a couple hours before catching the train south to Prestwick, where my next flight leaves from. But someone happened to mention to me that I should spend my time in the small suburb of Paisley instead, plus it was about 2 pounds ($4) cheaper. So I jumped on a bus/school bus (grade school students made up the majority of the passengers) which took me to the center of Paisley. It was an amazing little place, beauitful old churches and statues and a river running through the middle. The center was bustling, but a block away it was dead quiet. I walked around and snapped tons of pictures. It was kind of an unexpected, awsome adventure; I've never even heard of this place, but here I am and it rocks!
