It rained virtually my entire stay so I apologize for the quality of the photos. There was no brilliant blue sky that would have enabled me to take some great photos.

Loved the architecture of the Royal Palace	Lucked out w/gorgeous, chic hotel room	Majestic interior of leading department store	Many shopping streets are pedestrian-only
Most bldgs showed character&looked important	Most buildings built around 1900	Most scultptures didn't English translation	My first look at city in pouring rain
My hotel next to biggest swimming complex in SWE	Namesake of central square in Stockholm	Neighborhood squares held small markets	No Euro in Sweden; Swedish kronor
No smoking anywhere indoors;fewer here too	Nobel Museum opened in 2001;disappointing	Old Town has lots of high-end shops	One of more than 70 museums
Overnight ferry from Helsinki was great	Perfect city for bikes(at least in summer)	Plenty of activities for kids in Stockholm	Plenty of interest for everyone in Stockholm
