Down into the crater

As we drove down into the crater, we immediately spotted two leopards in the long grass. We drove further to spot some wildebeast, on the way back we came across a large lion eating a wildebeast at the side of the road. We continued to spot some hippos just chilling in the various lakes dotted around the crater.
After turning around, we saw some zebras and more wildebeast - one of which was going crazy and jumping all over the place!
We continued on and saw some hyenas circling around a group of zebra - we thought they were going to attack, but unfortunately didn't.
We started to leave the crater, driving through some jungle on the way where we spotted some elephants and some monkeys. We left the crater to drive back to camp for some lunch, where we saw a huge elephant literally 10 meters away from where we pitched our tents!
Packed up our tents and headed back to Snake Park camp in Arusha, where we had Spaghetti Bolognaise and headed to the bar to charge cameras, have a drink and play some darts.
