Without breakfast we left the hostal, continued our drive and could enjoy some more breathtaking views, one better than the other, on the way to Angastaco. Ther we had the cheapest meal ever. Breakfast for 7 pesos for two persons. So that is CHF 0.85 per person for tea/coffee, 2 rolls and jam and butter.
The consolidated road continued and went through the Quebrada de las Flechas and then finally we got to Cafayate wher we visited the winery "Vaseja secreto". The region is quite famous for the wine "Torrontes", a white wine. I find it the best drunk together with a meal, on its own it is a bit acidic.
We spent some time in an Internet cafe writing emails but especially uploading pictures for our travel blogs and that just takes times. Late afternoon we started the last stretch of our trip, once again driving pastmore mavellous colourful landscapes including the Quebrada de las Conchas. There are no words to really describe all the fascinating places we saw during the last two days and I doubt that the photos bring out the beauty of nature. You just have to see it yourself!
