Ty- We are finally back on track with our schedule! The three of us left the Best Western in Sturgis and made our way from South Dakota through Wyoming and into Montana. We felt so accomplished to have made it through 3 named states in one day. We had a rainy start to the day, then the sky turned a beautiful blue with clouds in a variety of colors and shapes. We set Jamie up with the hand-held CB for the car. Although it was not perfect, it did allow the three of us to communicate. We stopped a few times to take photos. There were antelope that watched us as we posed for pictures. I got a couple pictures of one of them. I will post them if they came out okay. We saw some amazing cloud formations! The sky was quite entertaining.

Jamie- I confess that I was very tired during this leg of the trip, maybe even exhausted!  The scenery along the way today was quite beautiful!!  My camera batteries died, so I couldn't add pictures to today's blog.  Beautiful country, also very isolated, with sparse population

!  Quite majestic.  This is the life--getting away from the too busy life.

Joan - Jamie seems to have some difficulties with batteries these day LOL  It was a very nice ride from Sturgis to Billings.  We stopped a number of times to take pictures and get a rest.  We've entered some beautiful country, a nice change from yesterday's boring I90 through S.D. 

Jamie's in the car and we're on the bikes.  We've had little sleep but we're enjoying the day and riding.  I'm behind in my studies but will spend some time getting some reading done later on today.... I hope. LOL

Glad to know that you are back on track and enjoying the scenery. "Making lemonade" from the lemons..... :) I'm enjoying the photos....Yup, that's "Big Sky" country! Beautiful!

Oh Jamie, sorry to here of all your trouble, but glad you were able to get a car and still enjoy yourself. Thank you Ty and Joan for taking good care of my big sis.
