Jamie--Tonight I'm sitting here thinking about what I could remove from my packed bag and what should be added to it. I decided my trike cover was too bulky to take with me, so I'm going to bring a small blue tarp--the kind with ropes built into it. It covers most of the trike except the front wheel and two side wheels. It will cover luggage too, and could be much more adaptable. I'm planning to fully load my trike tomorrow afternoon (when the rain should be gone from our area), so that I can get an early start on Tuesday morning. I also have my last errands to run (filling prescriptions, having extra keys made, checking my packing list). I am really looking forward to this adventure, something of a bucket list type of endeavor for me. I'm looking forward to seeing "big sky" country and revisiting some of the terrain that I last visited many years ago in my young 20's! So much excitement has built up in me about this trip that I'm having difficulty sleeping with the anticipation!! Soon we will be riding_on!

I am so excited for you, my friend. I will be thinking of you and all of the great things you will be seeing...doing. Thanks for all of your help today with MY trike! You made things so much easier for us! :)
Bon Voyage, mi amiga!
Jamie, as a person just back from living 2 weeks out of a suitcase, I recommend taking less than you think you need. You can always buy stuff along the way if you really need something. I abandonned stuff all along our trip to try and lighten the load.
