Daniel here again,

Today  was kind of an easy catch up day. We slept late, did laundry, rearranged the packs and caught up on our blogs and phone calls. Joe and I relaxed in the hot tub again this morning. Then, after a hot shower, I got to make an easy lunch of sandwiches and chips. Okay they were turkey pastrami and muenster cheese on Jewish rye.  Good stuff. Laundry done and situations handled at home like not being able to connect to our home computers. Either of us. Fixed that. Then I did the unthinkable. I collapsed on the bed in a sunburned state and actually slept for four hours. I must have really needed it while Joe kept working on the computer downloading pictures and uploading to the blog. Even with sunblock 50 SPF I couldn't believe it. My nose is so burned. That was the first time this trip. Now I'm ready to go again. First stop will be Wally world or to others who do not use this term ... Walmart. More sunblock.

Mary made a dinner in the crock pot ahead of time, which was awesome! She had roast pork loin with a raspberry sauce, rice, mixed veggies and a salad. Wonderful!

Tundra, Mary's golden retriever, went to Joe, when he sat down on the couch, put her paws on his shoulders and abruptly left out the loudest belch right in Joe's face. So is that a sign of affection? Poor Joe.

I guess we'll just have to suffer again tonight and go in the hot tub again. It really does soothe the aches and pains. Joe is already planning on getting his own as am I. Another day done.

The bad news is that the new video camera will not be ready until we return to Pennsylvania. The good news is that it will be ready just in time for the ride to  Splash Magic Campground in Sunbury PA for Rally on the River. No one under 21 admitted as this is an adult only event with great bands and BYOB. So check it out and you can even meet and join us there. Biker games, great food, vendors, huge swimming pools, big hot tub and just an all around great time. I'll even be introducing the Santa Fe award winning Frito Pies at this event. So come join us for a great camping experience. For you softies they do have beautiful cabins for rent also. Check out the lake with the bumper boats, the paddle boats, all kinds of bicycles of all kinds of weird types like three wheelers and four seaters, a river for fishing, boating and jet skiing.
