G'day mates!!! Can you tell where I am? Haaaaa Australia. That's why I wrote 'G'day mates'. It was a kind of 'clue' if you will.

I have spent the time mostly getting up at 12.30 (my official natural Australian wake up slot), going to a beach/park, looking at things and facing varying directions whilst walking in order to walk in that direction. e.g. say I'm walking forwards but want go left, I just rotate my hips left slightly and begin to look left. Soon my whole body has followed suit and I'm walking to the left as intended (fig.1a and b).

One morning I got up at 4.45am to go to Sydney beach to see a sunrise opera dawn chorus thing. It would have been good but the public insisted in clapping in that 'ITV 7.30 Saturday night' way where they clap on the beat and ruin everything.

Lots of people then ran in the cold sea. They pretended they were doing something brilliant but I know inside they were hating every minute and wishing they were just paddling like me.

I have seen lots of pals that I haven't seen for many moons. They all seem to tolerate me being around which is a bonus.

Went on a road trip for a week up the East Coast. Me and Panini took a wrong turn one night so we could either a) walk back 2 minutes or b) Climb down a massive wall and risk one of us falling into the road, smashing our ankle and being on crutches for the next 2 weeks (fig 2).

Went to Melbourne for a few days and went up a big building from which you could see the bush fires just 30 miles away. I gave $20 to a fund on the flight back to Sydney. From what I could see I had given the most money thus making me the best one on the plane including the pilot. I also did a parachute jump for Mencap in 1988.

Whilst getting out of the cab to the airport i left my uninsured iphone on the seat. I am a broken man. And an idiot. It'd been used for 4 hrs by the time I was able to cancel the SIM card just now. A new phone is £400.

I have to go and lie down.
