2 days R&R for us. Not that we planned it that way but it has just happened. Yesterday we arrived here from Newcastleton. This place is just south of Stranraer and is on the Seaside or on the coast as we call it. Yesterday would have been the windiest and wettest day so far and was terribly cold as well. We did not mind it too much, driving most of the morning and snug in Charlie in the afternoon. This morning we woke up to beautiful sunshine and no wind, also it wasn't too cold. Appearantly we are only 15km from the most southern point in Scotland. We meant to go there but by the time I did the washing and had lunch the wind was fierce once again and the trip became a big no no. Spend the afternoon constructing the For Sale Ad for Charlie instead. That done we went for a walk to the beach. Not too much to look at and not very sandy but it is a vast area just the same. No we did not go in for a dip, had too many layers of clothes on and forgot our towels. This is a pretty place realy and would be so much better if the sun had co-operated and come out of hiding, The main reason for parking ourselves here is that it is only an half hours drive to the Ferry terminal in Cairnryan, where we will be catching the ferry tomorrow  to Ireland. Looking forward to it. So not much to tell this time except that all is going well, Charlie is neat as a pin for her next stage both inside and out and ready to go. Hopefully it will not be too rough for her, she doesn't do rough seas.
