Hello peoples, Well we are here, it was 25 hours till we got to our hotel room in Vegas but we are happy to say we got 2 hours sleep which was nowhere near enough in a 25 hour period. The flight over from Melbourne was great. We had the front 2 seats in Premium economy so it was good not to have anyone in front of us. Courtney was happy that she could stretch her feet out without touching the wall in front of us. I was happy because of the steady flow of bourbons arriving at seat 34B, and they kept bringing little white hot steamy towels which was cool. We went for dinner and a walk around the Hotel when we woke up at 6pm Mon Vegas time (9am Tues Melb. time). We had pizza and soda pops (soft drink - these kids and their hip lingo hey?) Glen, all the sports bars were packed here because of the NCAA Final 4 final was on. North Carolina pumped Michigan. It was the only thing being talked about anywhere, it was huge. Michael Jordan was inducted into the hall of fame while we were here which is fitting because people often said that we had similar styles. I could have been an NBA star but lack of ability stopped that from happening. After dinner we went to see the Lions at MGM then walked the strip and took plenty of pics. We upgraded our room here at NY NY Hotel to an apartment 1100 sq. metres in space, it's massive. A big happy birthday to mum/Lynn, hope you are having an awesome time!!!
