Last night we all went to beautiful Bonifacio, the southern-most tip of Corsica. On a hill above the port is the old city, built along the high cliffs above the sea and surrounded by ramparts built by the Genovese in the 1500's. There's an old cemetery with above ground family tombs built right on the water. We had dinner in the port next to some unbelievable yachts, mainly Brittish. Some of these people have a full crew including waitresses and maids. This morning I came back with Anne-Claire and her dad to hike along the high cliffs above the sea. It was really windy but clear so we could see the island of Sardinia just to the South. This is one of the coolest cities I've seen.
