On our way back North we passed through Perth again.
Catriona had offered us a place to stay and after our long drive up we were glad to be staying somewhere with some home comforts. We had a lovely evening at Catriona's house drinking lots of red wine, eating beef bourgignon and failing miserably to upload music from our ipod onto her computer. Many thanks again to Catriona for being a great host and for giving us her bed instead of the sofabed - we really appreciated it!
After leaving Catriona's armed with some of her guidebooks and more suggestions on what to do and where to go both in Australia and Peru, we made a quick stop at an internet cafe to research some of the places we planned to stay up on the Northwest Coast before levering ourselves back inside the car (a truly miserable place to be on a long journey) and starting up the coast to our next stop, Kalbarri.
