Time to leave Melbourne.  It has been an interesting visit.  On Saturday we met up with Jono & Ross my old Oz-Bus muckers.  They are good company and made me feel quite special.  Jono calls me his favourite greatgrandmother and Ross thinks that I'm 80! But I love them anyway.  We had a good catch up.  I hope they get a chance to visit me whenever they come to England.

I've walked my socks off in the city, leaving the hotel mid-morning and not returning until late afternoon sometimes alone, sometimes with Vinnie & Hils.  It's been good.  Whenever I do this I think "I should keep this up when I get home" because I feel fitter.  But what happens when I get home?  I need my power nap in the afternoon and I can't be bothered to go swimming with my best friend!  I must turn over a new leaf.

This morning we are hanging around waiting to get our campervan front windscreen replaced.  We had a couple of chips that gradually got bigger before we decided we should get the screen replaced.  The alternative is that it will most likely let us down at the most inopportune time, like the middle of a storm on a highway.

Tonight we ship up at Penny's parents' farm.  Penny is a friend of Hils from uni and they all worked together in the Alps for a couple of seasons. Then on to goodness knows where!  Probably take a wander around the Yarra Valley to do a little wine tasting again and then slowly make our way up to Sydney for 5th April.

Jeez, R & D - did you really go up Skydeck? The top is almost 300 metres up in the sky! You look DOWN on skyscrapers! And did you do The Edge? Brave girl? It'll give way one day ...

Good that you met Ross and Jono and I bet they were glad to see you. So after Melbourne, it's the Yarra Valley and all that wine-tasting! What a bore!
