and here is the beginning of my trip around china.
we (me, my family, paolo's family and roger with her wife amber) left shanghai early in the morning with a small bus, and in a couple of hours we got in Hangzhou.
after having dropped out stuff at the hotel...the advantage of travelling with your relatives sometimes is that you are not really on a budget ;D
hangzhou is the typical perfect chinese town, between the hills, that give root and protection to the city, and the water which helps the town to grow.
we went for a walk on a hill in the middle of town, to visit a series of different temples scattered on the hill and surrounded by bamboo woods..pretty..
then with our van we went to visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda, a totally rebuilt pagoda on the southern shore of the lake. the view from the top was amazing, till when a storm approached and it started raining so bad
