We then drove down to see Mt. Hood. We drove up to the Timberline Lodge and it started to snow. Elizabeth got out to take pictures and it started snowing harder. She was wet and cold when she got back in the car.
We drove back to Portland to check into the hotel. The GPS told us to take the wrong street to the hotel so we turned around and finally found the right street. We went out to dinner at Shari's. The food was good and it was free slice of pie night with dinner. We took the pie back to the hotel and I ate mine later that night. Elizabeth waited until the next day to eat hers. Dennis didn't eat his because he got chocolate cream instead of apple.
