Today we got the bus to the Juan Curi waterfall. The waterfall is about a 30 minute trek from the bus stop through some farm land and woodland.  We arrived at the bottom of the waterfall and there were some Colombians who were jumping into the pool of fresh water from the waterfall, we decided to jump in too and found out that the water was really cold, we got straight back out again....

We were hoping to absail down the waterfall but because it was a Sunday there was no absailing.

We then walked to the top of the waterfall and looked over the edge to the pool at the bottom, would have been quite scary to absail...  Really beautiful waterfall with great views and also we then had the place to ourselves, so it was so nice to relax and take it all in.
