Today we went for a drive into Forster/Tuncurry & had a look around. We went to the highest point in Forster which looks out over the ocean & over a lovely beach. The kids ran down the huge sand hill & climbed back up again exhausted. On the way back on the walking track we spotted some dolphins frolicking in the water. I spent awhile watching & trying to take photos after awhile I was dragged away. We went back into Forster & bought some chips & rolls then headed to another lookout with picnic tables overlooking the ocean. Whilst eating lunch we spotted the dolphins again. There is nothing more magical than watching these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. What a fantastic lunch. We also spotted a rat in the bushes beside us which wasn't as fantastic. After lunch we headed down the hill for a bit of a swim & boggie board. We then headed back to Hallidays point picked up a soccer ball & fishing gear then headed down the road to the beach so Jay could have a fish. If only we had a 4wd we could of driven onto the beach & got further along. Not to worry we walked instead. Jay fished whilst the kids had a game of soccer & I got to relax & read a magazine. Jay didn't catch any fish to bring home. Back at camp in the afternoon we once again fed the parrots.
