Right, just to let you know. We are in Australia now! I have been very slow with the blog I know. I will do my best with the memory we have of what we done and when! More photos instead of writing, hows that deal ;)

Kuching is were we landed, we stayed in a nice hostel Singgahsana Lodge, it had a pool table and foozball up on the rooftop. The guys were cool there an all, the manger/owner? invited me to play paintball with his team but they seemed quite good and I probably would have been target practice.

We went to an Orangutan park which had semi-wild orangutans which came to feeding platforms every morning. We only saw a mother and child but it was nice.
Whilst getting my haircut (nice and cheap!!) we met a Malaysian girl called Beeatrice. We found out threw chatting (whilst getting hair done, bit gay I know...) that she went to University of Essex! We took her details and she took us out that night for something to eat and we repaid the favour by buying drinks after.

Thats about all we done here, off on a bus journey up north to Sibu.

Boring! What a stop over, we got here at 5am and managed to find a hotel. We were worried they were going to charge us for the morning we slept as well as the evening we were staying. They didn't.
There is nothing to do here what so ever, everyone looks at you like your an alien and laughs when you order food!? Didn't really like it at all and wish we skipped it and travelled all the way to Miri. Went to the cinema, it was terrible.... stale popcorn and the only ones in there.
Off to Miri we go!

Miri was better, stayed in a nice place cant remember the name.. sorry! Had a nice restaurant below that done beef noodles really well! Tasted like chowmein back in England. We went caving here and met a couple of couples, Dean and Stacey which we would meet later on in our travels and a German couple that loved hiking!
The caving was good, loads of bats and guano (bat poo, I only know the name from Ace Ventura!!) Saw some otters which was cool, some really old drawings on the walls but they wasn't preserved that well.
Thats about it for here, we was going to go into the jungle but done enough of that in Thailand!
Off to Sabah, the other half of Malaysian Indonesia.
