We got onto the little boat to take us to the Catamaran. As soon as I got onto the Catamaran, I had to get off again as the resort I am staying at is literally just over the water. I could have swam there!
This time there were more people going to the resort. There was around 14 people coming over with me. Yeah, a bit more life!! The resort again is lovely. This is a little more modern and has 24hr electricity even if it from a generator, and I can use my hairdryer, yes!!!! We were greeted by the staff singing a welcome song and a drink of juice. We were taken inside where we had lunch straight away. After lunch we were shown to our rooms and the dorm has air-con which is a godsend as it is so hot. I spent the rest of the day doing what I do best, sunbathing. I definitely got wind burnt as my face is now peeling and I look like I have a disease! Need to cover my face up for a few days and get all this dead skin removed.
There are some cool people here and unfortunately I have made friends with a welsh guy who is a Cardiff City fan. I thought it was gonna kick off first off all but I put him in his place and we all know who's boss!!! There is Anthony from Cardiff, Gary & Adam from Portsmouth, Joe from somewhere in England but can’t remember and lots of other great guys and girls that I don’t know their names.
The evening consisted of drinking games with cards. I got stitched up a few times and had to down cans of beer, but don’t worry, what goes around, comes around and I got my own back in the end. It was a real fun night with great people. Shame most of them are leaving tomorrow but I think I have convinced some of them to go to the island that I have on my list next, so when I leave the following day, they will be there! I have such an amazing affect on people!
5th March 12 – Coral View Resort
Not much happened today. Felt slightly hungover and my face is peeling good and proper now so a day out of the sun will do me good.
Some of the guys left today so I spent most of the day in my room watching videos on my laptop.
Met a lovely girl from Switzerland who I hung out with for the evening. There was definitely no party atmosphere happening tonight and I think the whole dorm was in bed by 10 pm.
